Issue with Payment Provider

description

I have followed all of the steps listed on this page and I am receiving the message: No provider data can be found. Make sure you have saved the provider data in the Back Office. when I get to the checkout for manual payment and PayPal.

Have I missed a step? Where do I go to get the required information to fill in the settings for the Paypal plugin? Any support is much appreciated.

Have you created a new provider? That's what those instructions are for. Or have you installed the paypal provider?

Either way you need to go into the Bo/admin/plugins and make sure your plugin is active, then you should get the payment provider data entry form visible in the Bo.

Also can you post questions on the discussion forum please, this forum is confirmed for bugs.

Hi Yes - i have paypal provider active and its working fine for year or so without any issues.
so today i have added sales price to some products and basically checkout reads it corectly, but when paypal page is loaded - there is the full price before the sale - so for some reason, correct checkout price is not parsed to paypal.
